Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
PixMatches offers a SaaS-based digital service. Refunds are generally not provided for services that have already been rendered (e.g., photos processed/matched). However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis if there was a technical failure on our part.
2. Cancellation of Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your billing period, and no partial refunds will be issued.
3. Processing of Refunds
If your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original method of payment.
